OVERVIEW

Ha Giang Loop – 2 Days 1 Night Adventure

🕒 Overview:

Night 1: Sleeper bus from Hanoi to Ha Giang
Day 1: Ha Giang → Dong Van
Day 2: Dong Van → Ma Pi Leng Pass → Nho Que River → Ha Giang → Hanoi

Night 1: Hanoi → Ha Giang City

8:30 PM: Depart from Hanoi by sleeper bus.
3:00 – 4:00 AM: Arrive in Ha Giang City.
We’ll pick you up and transfer you to a hostel for a shower, rest, and preparation before the trip.

Day 1: Ha Giang City → Quan Ba → Yen Minh → Pho Cao → Sung La → Dong Van

8:30 AM: Enjoy breakfast and begin your motorbike adventure on the Ha Giang Loop.
Morning Highlights:
- KM0 Landmark – starting point of the Loop.
- Bac Sum Pass – thrilling winding roads.
- Quan Ba Heaven Gate – panoramic views.
- Twin Mountains & Tam Son Town – famous natural formations.
12:30 PM: Arrive in Yen Minh Town for lunch after passing the Can Ty Pass and stopping at beautiful spots like the Lonely Tree and Van Chai Cliff.
Afternoon Journey:
- Visit Tham Ma Pass, Pho Cao Village, and Sung La Valley.
- Explore Lung Cam Cultural Village – home of the H'Mong people.
- Discover Pao’s House, Buckwheat Flower Fields, and Moon Rock Fields in Sa Phin.
- Vuong Family Palace (Hmong King’s Palace) – a fascinating architectural blend of H’Mong, French, and Chinese cultures.
6:00 PM: Check in at your hotel or homestay in Dong Van Town.
7:30 PM: Dinner, then explore the charming Dong Van Old Quarter, try local street food, or visit the Dong Van Night Market.

Day 2: Dong Van → Ma Pi Leng Pass → Nho Que River → Meo Vac → Mau Due → Ha Giang City

8:30 AM: Depart to conquer the legendary Ma Pi Leng Pass – one of Vietnam’s “Four Great Passes.”
- Stop at scenic viewpoints: Ma Pi Leng Monument, Panorama Viewpoint, and Death Cliff.
- Take a boat trip on the Nho Que River, through the dramatic Tu San Canyon – the deepest canyon in Southeast Asia.
12:00 PM: Lunch in Meo Vac Town.
2:00 PM: Continue riding through Mau Due, Duong Thuong Village, Quan Ba, and back to Ha Giang City.
5:30 PM: Arrive in Ha Giang, shower and rest before departure.
8:30 PM: Board the sleeper bus back to Hanoi.
